Serpents are said to represent dualism, both good and evil.

In Hopi tradition, serpents are symbols of fertility. Representing the umbilical cord joining all humans to Mother Earth.

I created these earrings with the idea that the snake is a subtle addition to a staple earring shape, the teardrop.
